Gotta love cupcakes!

Earlier this week, Shelby came over while her mom was at a doctors appointment. We love baking treats so we decided on confetti cupcakes! Ryan is usually napping while we make them, but he's getting old enough that he wants to be part of the action, too! So this time they both got to take turns stirring and helping me. Shelby even cracked a couple eggs for me and did a great job at it! You can tell Ryan is taking his job very seriously! ;)

One last good stir before we poured them. It was a pretty easy batch of cupcakes seeing how we used boxed cake mix and even store bought frosting which I usually never do. When it's on sale for like .99 cents it's a little hard to resist having on hand for these occasions! They were delicious!
