On Wednesday, the 17th we got TUCKER! Our new-to-us Golden Retriever! Sadly his owner unexpectedly passed away and he was brought to his vet, who happens to be a family friend and the rest is history. As soon as we met him we were in love! He's 9yrs. old and totally housebroken. In fact, it seems as though he rarely went outside his house except to go to the bathroom so we are slowly adapting him to being outside more. For now he gets to sleep on a cozy comforter my dad brought over in the hallway of our entry way. Today we took him to the groomers and he got a much needed bath and trimmed up his hair a bit. He's one good lookin' doggy! We just love him.

The first day we got him, even though it wasn't that nice out, Ryan went out to ride his bike for a few minutes and Tucker would follow him around the yard- definitely good that he's getting some exercise as it didn't appear he'd gotten much at his previous home.
"Oh that flash is so bright- I'm trying to sleep here lady." :)
