Jacob's 1st haircut!

Well, it was time for Jacob's beautiful locks to get a trim. I struggled with it a little as I (and just about everyone else!) loved his curls, but figured a trim wouldn't hurt so called up my friend/gal who does my hair, Amy, to see if she would do it for me. She's got 2 little boys of her own (a baby girl and another baby girl on the way, hence the cute baby bump!) so I knew she'd do a good job.

On the way there I swung by the store and got him a Tootsie Pop sucker to keep him entertained. This was the first time he'd had one and he was definitely enjoying it!

Such a big boy!
He was sitting just perfectly and then towards the end he started getting a little squirmy so I gave him his John Deere tractor book he brought along and that seemed to do the trick!
He looked so darn cute sitting there like a big boy!
