Oops! Can't forget to mention that we saw the county Dairy Princess, too! Shelby thought it was neat to see her as we did a tour of our dairy with her pre-school class a few weeks ago and then the Dairy Princess came to her classroom and showed them how to make butter! Any kind of princess is mesmerizing to Shelby! You know how little girls are! :)
